About Chris
Chris Altamari is an artist and photographer based in Saratoga Springs, NY. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in studio art with a concentration in photography from S.U.N.Y New Paltz. Upon graduation, Chris moved to New York City. Chris worked as a photographer’s assistant and studio manager in several advertising photography studios before opening his own studio in the photo district of Manhattan. After running his business for over twenty years Chris relocated to Saratoga Springs. Since retiring, Chris is back to creating artwork in various mediums including oil painting while also continuing to do photography.
